This is an excellent opportunity for a DVM who enjoys general practice, values strong team collaboration, and wants the flexibility to continue developing interests in areas such as surgery, dentistry, urgent care, and other clinical areas.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

You’ll join a supportive, collaborative environment where doctors are encouraged to contribute ideas and have meaningful input into patient care and practice culture.

The practice offers a diverse caseload and the resources to continue developing your clinical skills while maintaining professional autonomy.

Highlights include strong doctor and support-team collaboration, dedicated surgical and dental capabilities, modern diagnostic and clinical technology, a diverse general-practice caseload with some urgent-care exposure, opportunities to continue developing surgical and dental skills, additional clinical support for more complex cases, an established and growing clientele, and the potential for a future partnership/buy-in opportunity.

Benefits & Perks

Eligible team members receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) with employer match; paid time off; a generous continuing-education allowance; student loan support; paid professional dues and licensing fees; professional liability coverage; uniform allowance; pet-care discounts; and an Employee Assistance Program.

Sign-on and relocation assistance are also available.

What They’re Looking For

Candidates should hold a DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution and have an active California veterinary license or be eligible for California licensure.

Three or more years of small animal clinical experience is preferred; new graduates will also be considered for the right fit.

The ideal veterinarian values high-quality medicine, excellent client communication, collaboration with doctors and support staff, and continued professional and clinical growth.
