DVM Focus is recruiting an experienced Associate Veterinarian for an established small animal practice in the Indianapolis metro area. This opportunity offers a flexible part-time schedule, a broad general practice caseload, experienced support, and no overnight shifts.

What You’ll Do
Your caseload may include:
- Comprehensive physical exams
- Wellness and preventive medicine
- Diagnostic workups and treatment planning
- General medical care
- Routine surgery
- Dentistry
- Client education and communication
- Collaboration with veterinary technicians and support staff
- Accurate medical documentation and case follow-through
What They’re Looking For
- DVM, VMD, or equivalent veterinary degree
- Active Indiana veterinary license or ability to obtain one
- Several years of small animal clinical experience
- Strong diagnostic and surgical skills
- Strong client communication
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Commitment to high-quality patient care
Compensation & Benefits
Market-based compensation range: $60–$85/hour, depending on experience, schedule, clinical skill set, and compensation structure.
