DVM Focus is recruiting an Associate Veterinarian for an established small animal practice in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area. This opportunity offers a broad general practice caseload, experienced team support, mentorship, and room to continue developing your medical and surgical interests.

Experienced veterinarians and newer DVMs are both encouraged to explore the opportunity.

What You’ll Do

Your caseload may include:

• Wellness and preventive medicine
• General medical care
• Diagnostic workups and case management
• Routine surgery
• Dentistry
• Same-day sick visits
• Senior patient care
• Client education and communication
• Collaboration with veterinarians and support staff

You’ll have the opportunity to practice comprehensive small animal medicine while continuing to build the areas of veterinary medicine that interest you most.

What They’re Looking For

• DVM, VMD, or equivalent veterinary degree
• Active Texas veterinary license or ability to obtain one
• Strong communication and client-service skills
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach to patient care
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality veterinary medicine
• Interest in continued learning and professional development

New graduates are welcome, and mentorship is available.

Compensation & Benefits

Market-based compensation range: $115,000–$175,000, depending on experience, qualifications, schedule, clinical skill set, and compensation structure.
