We’re working with an established specialty and emergency veterinary hospital in the Greater Cincinnati area seeking an experienced Small Animal Surgeon to join its growing team.
This is an opportunity for a surgeon who wants to practice advanced medicine in a collaborative environment with strong clinical support, sophisticated diagnostics and technology, and the resources to continue building a high-level surgical service.
Board certification is preferred, but it is not necessarily a requirement for the right doctor. A highly experienced veterinarian with substantial small animal surgical experience may also be considered.

- Has significant experience performing advanced small animal surgery
- Is board-certified or residency-trained preferred
- OR brings substantial surgical experience and demonstrated clinical capability
- Values collaboration with emergency doctors, specialists, technicians, and referring veterinarians
- Communicates well with clients and colleagues
- Wants a long-term opportunity with professional and financial growth potential
- Holds or is eligible to obtain appropriate veterinary licensure
